Home is not just a house

Home is not just a house. Home is a place where you feel loved and happy. My family makes me feel loved and happy too. Home is me and my brother playing madden or my dad making funny jokes well we eat my mom’s amazing homemade pizza. Home is when my entire family comes over for Christmas morning and we an rap our presents and we all eat my mom’s delicious casserole for breakfast. Home is at my school where you play with your friends, do fun activities and go on cool field trips like once I went to UNB (University of New Brunswick) and we went to all these stations and we got all these cool things. Home is not when you have a roof over head or walls around you it is a place where you feel like you belong wherever you are. Home is with the people you love, you feel safe and you are happy. Home is where you are successful and the people around you make you feel proud. Thank you so much Habitat for humanity for helping people have a cozy house just like me it is so important for everyone to have a place to live.
