Some People Have A House, I Have A Home

What the meaning of home means to me is when I get home from school there’s food for me or a nice spot for me to sit. Home is where my family is and lots of family memories. When it’s dinner time, my dad is in the kitchen making one of his wonderful meals. When we sit down for dinner we all go around and say something about our day. When we eat with my grandparents we pray for the food and our house. If someone is feeling down, we will always be there for them. I can always trust my family. I have one older sister, she goes downstairs and sits on our really comfy and soft couch and I’m grateful for that couch. She sits with my dad and watches hockey, they do that every night. It’s their little family time. Me and my mom sit upstairs together and watch a show on our really comfy couch. When it’s time for bed, I have a comfy place to sleep and I wish that everyone can get one soon. When I sleep, I think of family memories. Thank you for reading my story.
