My second home

At our camp you will feel at home no matter where you come from, it will always feel like you’re welcome. My Nana and Papa own the camp, and in it everyone in my family is loved and respected. From cooking on the barbeque, to running outside, even just sitting on the couch, it always feels like you can relax and be calm. Even though I don’t actually live there, it's always felt like a second home. This place is where my cousins are. It’s where the sand and the water meet. It’s a place where you can be safe and have fun. The frogs ribbiting, the loons calling, and the noise of boats and jet skis, they’re all sounds of my second home. Well, in all the stuff I’ve talked about, the true meaning of my second home isn’t really a lot of the stuff I said, it’s honestly about the people and family who’s there. Because if it was just me there, it would just feel sad and lonely. So that’s why being with cousins, grandparents, and family is so special, that’s what makes the whole lake so special. That is why I called it my second home and it’s why I put so many details into it. All of this is my second home, and I just what to keep it that way.
