What Home Means to Me

Home to me is seeing my family, feeling safe and even just having a movie night drinking hot cocoa. Feeling home to me is warm, safe, cozy, comfortable, and relaxed, it also makes me feel amazing. Seeing home to me is not just seeing a building, but seeing a home. Yes a structure and yes a special place that I know that I’m loved. Hearing home to me is my parents saying “I love you” or hearing the birds chirping out my window. Tasting home to me are my favourite drinks or food like broccoli, pizza, sushi, dumplings, lemon chicken, popcorn chicken, popcorn, etc. Smelling home to me is smelling my strawberry scented perfume or a nice slice of chocolate cake waiting for me to eat it. In my home I can play around, be silly, and especially I can be myself! My home is very big so I have lots of space. I’ve also made many memories to remember my whole life. I love my home so much and I actually have two homes which makes life even better. So a big thanks to my mom and dad for giving me 2 homes.
