What Does Home Mean to Me?

What does home mean to me? Home is a place where I can feel safe and comfortable even though I moved from a different country to Canada. I can hear loud laughter echoing off the snow like white walls . My mom cooking my favorite dinner, the smell floats around until it reaches under your nose. Me, My mom and my little brother watch a movie sipping hot chocolate with little marshmallows in it on a cold winter night. Me and my mom say “I Love You” every morning when I leave for school. My mom tucking me in my cozy and warm bed giving each other hugs and kisses on the cheek every night. Every day when I come home from school I play with my little brother while my mom cooks delicious, cheesy mac and cheese for us. Home isn't just a place where you eat, play or sleep, home is where you can be yourself without anyone judging you. I am so thankful for my home.
