What does home mean to me?

For me, a home is not just a building; it is a place where you live with your family. Someone else`s home may not be important to you, but it is special to them because they have an emotional connection with it. A home is where you have memorable moments with your family. When I step into my home, I immediately feel safe, manners don’t matter, I can- take all the food I want, I don’t have to ask to do anything. Home is as warm as summer, when I step inside my home I don’t want to leave. Everyone inside my home loves each- other (except my sister), I can feel the love in the air wherever I go. The quiet hum of the- microwave, the sizzling sound of the food cooking in the frying pan, or even the loud noise of the laundry machine, each sound like music to my ears. My home is a place where I can be myself. I am so grateful to have a home.
