Nature Is My Home

When I go outside, I just look for a minute to just see what God created. In Spring, I love to plant flowers in my flower bed, run outside, and when it rains, I run outside, and jump in the puddles. Me and my Dad get the bikes ready for a walk to get ice cream. In the Summer, I see the beautiful pink and white flowers on the trees. Me and my dog love to try and catch the yellow butterflies, but we never catch any. Sometimes, me and my Mom sneak away at bedtime to ride our bikes in the sunset. One year we go to family camp, and the next year we go on a family trip. We love to go in our blue car, not a plane. In Fall, we love to go to one of the biggest corn mazes in the whole world. We love to get our pumpkins for Halloween from there. Sometimes we roast hotdogs and marshmallows around our fire pit. And I love watching the twinkly stars. Every year at Thanksgiving, me and my mom love to make the turkey together for my family, and I love, love, love the smell of fresh turkey out of the oven. In Winter, I get bundled up and go outside and play in the snow. I see the snow shining bright. I try to catch the snowflakes on my tongue. I make a snowman with an orange carrot and black eyes. I try to make an igloo, but it turns into a snow hill. I love looking at all the wonderful things that God created. That is what home means to me.
