Meaning of Home

Home is a warm cozy place, not just some pile of bricks and walls. Home is a beautiful place full of laughter, joy, and fun occasions. Home is a place where I feel loved and safe, not a hazardous country where you have to flee. Home is where you belong and be yourself. It doesn’t matter how big your house is. It's where you fit in. Usually In the kitchen I inhaled a deep breath and smelled the aroma of spaghetti and bread that my Nani makes. It smells as good as a cup of hot chocolate. Sometimes my mom cooks and her lasagna is really good. I feel loved when she makes it. Every once in a while we have a movie night with loads of delicious popcorn. Even though I don’t like popcorn I still eat it to join my family. We also like to play games like scrabble and usually I dominate my mom!! But sometimes she wins too. When I play with them it feels like a rush of air tickles my hair when I get a big humongous word. When I touched the couch it felt soft, warm and fluffy ,and when I lay on it I could see the vapor steam of the rice cooker signaling that dinner would be ready soon. Sometimes my sister gets the rage of screams at a tranquil dinner and it ruins dads temper then it ruins my whole family. I think every family deserves a home and a place to live.
