My Special Home

My home is different than most homes because I moved in a few months ago so it’s not very homey yet but we’re getting there. When I get home from dancing or school my dad is always there to greet me. At home my dad is always making food, and it smells delicious. He likes to try new foods; my favorite is his potato soup. At home I feel a lot of different emotions like safe and annoyed. I feel safe because we know the people around us. The reason I am sometimes annoyed is because my sister is always coming into my room stealing my things. Sometimes when I am at home everyone might be in a rush, because we might dance at some point that night or do gymnastics. So, I can’t do the things I always want to do, but that’s ok. My home is definitely not the same as your home or my friends’ homes, and that’s ok. Not everyone likes to have the same things or have the same place. But I love my home the way it is, and you love your home the way it is. People should be able to have their own home to love the way they love it and be able to have a safe place to stay like everyone else in the world. They should also have a clean comfy bed to get sleep to be able to do all the things they want.
