Home

Coming home to me is when I get to the front door and my mom bolts out the door and gives me a big hug. That’s what home is to me. When I get home after school, I have a delicious supper then I ask my dad and brothers if they want to get dominated in mini sticks, that’s what home is to me. Or when I arrive home, I dash outside and lazar pucks at my net with my hockey sticks and shooting pad. Smiles and laughter are the best feelings. Because of all these things in my house, that’s what I am grateful for. Just spending time in general with my family is great because nobody is looking at their phones and they are spending time with you, just you. It’s fantastic because I have clean drinking water, a hot tub, warm food, and a cozy house I have a lot to be thankful for. That’s my home. But my favorite part of arriving home is when I take one step in the house and get a whiff of the sweet scent of home, then my mom comes out and hugs me. even after a hockey game win or lose my dad is still proud of the way I played because I always give it my all 100% that’s my home. What does home mean to you?
