Home, My Happy Place

Home is my happy place, it's where I laugh and where I feel safe with my family and pets. When I wake up in the morning, my mom is already making breakfast for me and my little sister. She makes us waffles, they smell so good and when she gives it to us it tastes so good. It's so delicious when I eat it with syrup and butter on top. Home is the place where I can be myself and I am protected and safe. I have everything I need there at home. I have food, family, clothes, and water at home. My home is a shelter . It has a roof to keep me from the cold and the rain. Home is the best place to be where I have family, pets and things to keep me cozy at my forever home. At home me and my family have game night every Friday. It's so fun! Sometimes we play Uno or Goldfish. We play those games a lot or we play Snakes and Ladders. When we play, most of the time, my dad or older sister win because they're older but sometimes I win. It's so fun having family game nights. Everyone's so happy when we play board games. There is no other place I'd rather be than at home safe with my family and pets.
