What Home Means to Me

Home for me is like a book because with every page there's a new adventure waiting. I can hear the sounds of ski doos and birds chirping as we play together inside. I like the smell of roasted marshmallows as we sit by a campfire and listen to my parents tell funny stories from their childhood. Sometimes I look out the window and see a beautiful sunset and it reminds me of the special place I live. Anytime I return to my home, I take a trip through my mind, remembering all the amazing things that money cannot buy. Everyone deserves to have a home and it doesn’t matter if you have a small or big house, you just need family and someone to love.
