THE PLACE I CALL HOME

Home is not just a random building or physical structure made with concrete and wood. It is an environment of love, happiness, and kindness. Home is where my family is. Home is like a garden where each member blossoms and flourishes. Home is a happy place where I live with my mom and dad. I feel fortunate that I have a home and a lovely family. Every child deserves one. Home is where I feel special, and I can be my true self. Upon returning home, my negative emotions fade away, replaced by a sense of comfort. Home is where I can be a superhero, boundless like open sky. Home is where I cook with my mom, always a heartwarming experience. Our kitchen is filled with food made with love. Home is where I learn from my dad, and his guidance is like a lighthouse that illuminates the path of my life. Home is where we can pour our hearts before each other. At dinner time, when we sit at the dinner table, we share our day. Home is a place where we make memories of life and share the different adventures of our lifetime. Home is like a protective shelter that keeps my family safe, no matter what the weather is. Home is that safe place where I can sleep at night with no fear because deep in my heart, I know my family is with me. Home is the mother who protects us from all the adversities. I personally think Habitat for Humanity is fantastic because it is trying to provide a home for everyone, which is every child's right to feel safe, secure, and loved.
