Meaning of Home

Home A home is a place where you feel safe and loved. A house is a place where you can live or stay but a home is something much much more, a home is family, a home is peace, a home is LOVE. To me home feels like a big hug! Except some people do not have a home or people to make them feel cared for and loved.that is why I am sooooo grateful to have one. A home feels warm and cozy like when you are by the fire with a blanket.I love my home and everyone who shares it with me like my mom,dad,and sister these people are what makes my home special and the people that make my home feel like home. Even when the weather is bad I know that I am safe in my home because my family is there! I love my home a lot and I think that everyone deserves one to call their own. Sometimes at home we share what we are thankful for, sometimes we are thankful for the delicious food my dad or my mom makes and sometimes we are just thankful to be together.I like to play with my sister Ophelia. I am thankful that ophelia is very fun to play with! Some people lost family members in wars or fires, some people also lost their homes in the same situations. A house is a place where you live but a home is where the heart is. When you are on vacation you may not have your house but you will always have your home wherever you go.
