The Meaning of Home

Hello, do you know the difference between a home or a house? You don’t? Oh dear, I’ll wear my blouse. Will my blouse tell the difference? I don’t know! You can make cookie dough. While I see if this works, you’ll ask, how will a blouse do that? It’s a magic one. Now let’s start! A house has only a roof and walls, but a home is when your love calls. A house has nothing, no smores nor snores, But a home is when your dad snores, while your family is eating smores. A house can be fancy, rich or poor, but a home has way more when you walk through the door. A house is empty, no more, no less, But a home is where you’ll always be blessed. A house is quiet, silent, no laughs all about, But a home is never quiet, and laughter is all around. A house has no love, no kids, nor pets, But a home has love, way more, no less. Do you love your home? You better do, it’s your dome! Full of memories, full of love, and never enough.
