The Meaning of Home

For me, the meaning of home is a place where you have great memories and know what to expect. In the kitchen every day I know my dad will make a delicious, healthy meal that smells amazing. In our family room, you can hear sports games on TV and you can see projects to be finished. In our reading room, I feel very comfortable. You can see comfortable chairs and books to be finished. In my backyard, you can do anything and it is very calming with all the parts of nature. Some very calming things about my backyard are the sounds of birds chirping and branches swaying in the wind. If a lot of that changed, my home would just be a house that I live in.
