If I Could Have One Day With My Home

If I could have one day with my home, this would be it. I would wake up to the smell of waffles. I would eat them while talking to my family about the day. Then, we would go for a walk outside when the sun was at its warmest. In the afternoon, we would go swimming at a lake while playing games in the water. After we dried off, we would go get ice cream. For dinner, we would go out to a lovely restaurant chatting and laughing at jokes my dad makes. When we got home, we would get all cozy and warm while watching a movie. The thing is, my parents are my home. They help me when I'm sad or scared and love me no matter what. I’m so grateful for them.
