Meaning of Home

I am from the teddy bear that my mom gave me, Resting in my bedroom. I am from the room that I call mine, With a comfy bed, That feels like smooth and soft fur. Home is a safe place for me and my family, And where my cats welcome me with soft fur. Home means a fun time with family and friends, I love to just relax after a long day of school. If my house could hear me speak, I would say “Thank You.” I am grateful. At home I feel calm and saturated. My mind is on a break, from the world around me. In my home where I’m from and where photo albums are, Memories run wild. I treat the house with care and respect, This is what home means to me.
