What Home Means to Me

When I think about home, it is a place where I belong, and I feel safe and comfortable. Home is where I feel relaxed, happy, and calm. My family takes care of me and makes sure I have a place to sleep and lots of good food to eat. For me, home doesn’t smell like anything. Having all my favourite stuffies and toys makes it feel like home. When I am welcomed home by my dogs and they are glad to see me feels like home to me. When I walk through the door, I smell my favorite food and when we play a boardgame everything goes crazy and when someone wins peace is restored. One of my dogs likes to beg when we are eating, they’re waiting for someone to drop something good. I am happy I have a great home.
