Meaning of Home

Some people think home is just walls, floors, beds and windows. But for me a home is where you hold memories, laugh, play, trust and then there's other times when your sad, angry, or tired. But when I’m home no matter what I am feeling me and my family are always a team weather I’m in a fight with my siblings or parents we are always one big team together. When I am home, I feel like I can finally breath. I can finally sit down and just be me. In the kitchen we hold memories by keeping the smells from the great meals. Its not about the comfortable chair we sit in, or the nice table we sit at, or even the food we eat because when we sit down and have a nice family dinner it’s about the memories we make while talking about our day to our loved ones .In the living room is where we tell jokes, play games and just make more and more memories. This is why my home isn’t just a house to me because home is my safe place where I can just sit down and be me.
