Meaning of Home

Did you know a house and a home are different? A house is things inside like a couch, table, chairs, shower, tv, bed, walls, window, bathtub, basically all the furniture in your house. A home has feelings like family, trust, happiness, joy, respect, safety, humility, arguments, seven teachings, laughter, music, pets, and affection. Home is also the people you love. For me that is my dad, my mom, my big brother, my dogs, Freddie and Athena, and my cats, Tedd and catnip. A house is NOT the same thing as a home. I’ve learned so much about the difference between a house and a home. I hope you learned just as much as l have!
