What Home Feels Like for Me

Home feels like a peaceful, secure, and happy world because a home is a core part of someone. When I feel unsafe or broken, I always remember that home isn’t a place, it’s a core part of me and no matter what happens to me, I’ll always feel at home when I need to. Everyone needs to have a home because without one, they can never feel safe, no matter where they are. A home is where we make new ideas, adventures, plans, and even futures for ourselves and others. A house can never be a true home because a house can only be a memory, but not a core part of you. It’s not only us that need a home, but also the animals that live with us, whenever we build a house or a mansion or an apartment, the animals that used to live there are forced to watch their homes getting destroyed in front of their eyes. When we build new houses for people, we should be self-aware of the animals that used to live there because now the animals don’t have a home to live in and now need to find a new place to live in. Animals need homes because without one, any animal can perish. We need a house to survive, but a home is, and will be forever, a life-long part of you and your family. We need time, money, and resources we might not have, but a home is always with us, you just need to believe that you have a home. A home is like a flower, it needs time, light, and hope to grow, home can also be a star, you don’t see home all the time, but you believe it’s there with you.
