My Special Place

My special place is my home. My home is where I feel safe and where I can express my emotions, and where all the great memories are. Home is where my family is. We laugh together, we are happy together, and even sad together. Family is where I can act like my true self. Every day I get to smell the amazing scent of my mom's great cooking, and that's when I know it's time to eat! Dinner is always amazing. At night, my home is silent. We all rest in the comfy beds we get to sleep in and cuddle in. My home is special because I get a roof over my head, and during storms, very hot days and very cold days, my home keeps me safe, and that is why my home is special.
