What is Home

Home isn't just a building, it can be so much more. Home is a safe place where I can be me. Memories happen in homes, good and bad. I feel happy in my home, like a rose, and not everything's perfect.Though I, feel like it's perfect. Our floors are cracked and our walls are ripped, but love will always remain. My pet bird is loud and always obnoxious, noises everywhere, but it's perfect, and I love it. If I'm having a bad day, I can go home and cover myself in comfy blankets and hugs, because it's ok to be you, at home. Everyone's home is different, some homes are little, some homes are big. Some have no pets, and have lots. If you went into everyone's home there's one thing that's the exact same. Love. Whether it's big or small there's love for each other,and love for you. I feel safe in my home, the bricks can push back on anything dangerous, a house can fight for your safety and for all your loved ones. My house is strong. Memories are amazing. It's like a picture but in your mind. It might be bad but there's always more good than bad. Memories happen in homes, but always look for the good. A home is an amazing thing and a special thing to have. I'm grateful for my home, and you should too. That's why this donation can help people have a warm,soft, comfy home .
