Home is Where the Heart is…

Home means there are people you care about inside, not just the outer shell of the house. People in my home can be annoying sometimes but, they’re family and family is forever. The building that surround my home are the walls that keep the people I care about most safe. Love is the screws that keep the walls from falling and emotions are what keep water flowing. Sometimes people get out of the safety of the walls and they get hurt but that’s life and you have to move on. When people come to our home, the love grows and more memories are made, throughout the hours, days and years and they last a long time. They're kept in frames on the walls, where everyone can see them, like a phone that will never run out of memory space. Time flies when you’re having fun is what a person said and they are right, but I also have bad days and that’s when I need love the most, and I receive. Home is built off of food, friends and most importantly family because if you love something then it is in your home, your heart, within the walls of safety. Home is where the people you care about are, it’s not the building around them, it’s the people inside that make it count as a home. I love my family with my whole heart and I never want them to leave them and the other way around. Home means to have a roof over my head, people to love and fresh water, that’s what home means to me. I surround myself with the people I love and care about and that’s what builds a safe community to grow up in.
