HOME IS NOT JUST A HOUSE
As I wake up in the morning, I feel the warm embrace of family and hope. I stand up, and I look around the cozy room, blanketed with memories, like the time I came first in a tournament. It wasn’t just the spear; it was looking around to see my parents cheering for me and recording.
To me a home is a place where I can feel safe and surrounded with love and peace, it is also a place to gather as a family. Home is a war-free place; it could be a building or a country, anywhere that may feel safe.
A house is just a place of refuge, with no hope, love, or memories, a house is a dull broken building.
We can all come together to make the world a better place, because when you give someone the keys to a new house, it is not just giving them a place to call home, but giving them a chance at a better future.
Every nail hammered and every wall assembled reminds us of the profound love of the community and environment. Many of us are fortunate, and yet we still take advantage; we have access to everything we need in order to survive. Think of this, we waste water every day, and there are people without water; we need to raise awareness together, because we can make a difference; we can do this.
What is home to you?
Home is like a warm, peaceful blanket covered with truckloads of love.
A house is grey, not in color but in emotion, whereas a home is like a rainbow, red may represent anger but the ability to overcome it, orange may represent sadness, yellow may represent happiness and being ready, green may represent charging forward with hope and ambition.
