What Home Means to Me

Home gives me protection. It protects me from danger. It gives me a warm place to stay. Home is a place that when I return from school I can have a safe place to stay with my family. When I am home I feel comforted and loved. It’s like a shield, it protects me from things like weather and bad people. Sometimes I feel when I come home it’s like home is giving me a big hug. Home is like a castle wall with guards on the top to protect me from enemy invasions. When I enter the house, beautiful smells come wafting through the door. Home is my safe place.
