Home Is My Everything

A house is made of bricks and beams, a home is made of hopes and dreams. It's a place where you can be yourself and be loved. Home means so many things to me. Let me start off with some of the things I enjoy doing at home. I love spending time with my brother like playing video games with him, playing hockey with him and even sometimes I dance with him. Every time I play with him I always have a smile on my face, even when I'm going through rough days. Every night when me and my family have dinner we talk about our day, what I like to call, ‘Our night talk’. I'm so grateful to have the best food every night that smells delicious. Sometimes after dinner I make dessert with my family like a family bakery. Sometimes we have a family movie night with ice cream and popcorn! The smell of the popcorn makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater. Also I'm so happy that I have my own room that smells like perfume, my favorite smell. I feel like in my house I'm comfortable to do anything like cry, laugh, and do my homework in silence. I love having such a great family that I can express my feelings to, tell them how my day is going and so so so much more! Jazmine.R
