The Meaning of Home to Me

I feel like I am home when I am with my Mom. When I am with my Mom I love it when we watch a movie, we laugh, we talk, we snuggle and the popcorn ohh it’s so buttery and warm . I love it and my dog loves it. I wish we could give him a full bowl but we can't. We give him a few pieces. Me and my Mom love watching movies. I love when I am with my Mom that’s why I feel like home with my Mom I feel like home when I am with my dog Bear Bear. When I am lying down on my bed sinking down into coziness. When my dog jumps up on my bed and his luscious long hair is on my hand and I see his cute face makes me feel like I am loved. I love when I am with my dog and that’s why I feel like I am home when I am with my dog. I feel like I am home when I am with my Dad. When I am with my Dad I love it when we go on a bike ride we usually take 3 hours. I love going down the hills but I hate when we go up the hills. After all I did name a hill the hill of misery because I've never had fun going up it. Sometimes my dad even gets us ice cream. My dad has been biking for so many years he can ride without hands. I love bike riding with him. I love my dad and that’s why I feel like I am home when I am with my dad. I feel like I am home when I am with my brother, well sort of. When I am with my brother 95% of the time you will hear us arguing or fighting but 95% of the time we fight. We usually have fun. I am the one who usually gets hurt because I am younger. The other 5% of the time he can actually be a good brother. He tries to cheer me up when I am sad and when I am racing well swimming my brother cheers me on. and that’s why I sort of feel like I am home when I am with my brother. I feel like I am when I am home when I am with my older brother. I only get to see him 2 times a year. I see him during Christmas and summer break so I don’t get to see him that much. When I do see him he is usually really really really annoying as brothers usually are he’s over the top annoying but 1% of the time he isn't so it happens veeeeeeeryyyyyyyyyyyy rarely. He is nice to me half the time but he does it at the same time as he is being annoying. We do a lot of fun stuff like rock climbing and we play video games stuff that gets me in trouble but he takes the blame. I love when I am with my brother and that's why I feel like I am home with my brother. I feel like I am home when I am with my best friend Scarlet. Scarlet is so nice to me and she tries to cheer me up when I am sad. She feels like a sister to me. She's so much fun to be around. She’s funny and smart’ and pretty’ and energetic, no really energetic. We met at swimming I was in youth and she was in development. We met because my Mom, was friends with Scarlet's Mom and we just started hanging out. Now it feels like I’ve known her my whole life. That’s why I feel like home when I am with my best friend. Home is more than a thing or a place home is people that are close to your heart, that will always be there for you.
