Home Means to Me

In my home I feel loved. When my family always gives me more hugs and kisses on the cheek, it makes me feel like I matter to them. I feel all cozy inside my heart. It makes me feel that I can be myself and be all cozy laying in my bed until I go to sleep. I feel that I belong in my home because all the time my mom and dad and brother are playing together and they always include me no matter what it is. When I am at home I feel safe with my family. My home is always filled with joy and laughter. Sometimes there are twists and turns but we always love each other. My mom helps me do my homework after school and when I'm having rough times too. There's no other house like mine, but when I think of it, it makes me think of my warm cozy house and the people that are in it. After school I always play with my little brother Cash. We love to play house and family together while my mom cooks a delicious supper and her food tastes so good. A home is not just a building it is a place where memories are made! Thank you so much habitat for humanity for supporting people who need it. I am also happy because my class is supporting Habitat for Humanity so people can have a home and a roof over their heads so they can feel safe and loved with their family without being scared nervous or not feeling yourself. It should be a place where you feel like you belong and you want to be there with your family. If you're having a tough time don't be afraid to ask someone for help like Habitat for Humanity.
