Meaning of Home

For me, the meaning of home is your family, making you feel happy and safe. Home also means you NEED comfort and food. Home also means you are following your dreams and making memories. A home also means you need love and friends. I like houses but homes are better. A home is where someone cares about you and a friend to be happy with. A home also means you have someone you look up to too. My friends are nice to me and that makes me happy. I feel cared for it because of my family. I like my dad because he makes me laugh. I like my mom because she makes me happy. I love both of my brothers because they play with me. I love my family because they make me feel safe. My family let me have a room; it has all the things I like doing! My family is the reason why I LOVE my home! I love my family so much. I love my home because everyone that I love is kind to me. I love my parents because they let me and my brothers stay up and watch a movie! Even my friends are kind to me. My friends also keep me safe! My family and friends are the people that I look up to. Homelessness is an incredibly sad thing. I am incredibly lucky to have a roof under my head. I would never judge the homeless. If I were homeless, I would be sad and cry. Good thing, I am not homeless. Did you know some homeless people don’t have food and water. I really feel bad for the homeless. I am helping the homeless by raising money for the habitat of Manitoba. And I really hope someone who does not have a home gets home. By Celestine
