Home

A home is not just a house, but a place where, inside me, I feel warm and happy. Although on the outside, my home may just look like a normal house, but deep inside, I feel like I have a deep connection with home. There's no place like home. Every day from the start of the day to the end of the day, I feel ready to go home, where I get hugs and smell the fresh crisp air of my mom’s tasty food. Its the place where we gather around the kitchen table and spend time with family. Its make me feel like there's real love spreading around. It's the place where, when I sleep, I feel not alone, where I don’t need to worry, where I can take a break. It's as if home is protecting me from the things that I don’t like. When my dad picks me up from school, it feels like we are traveling to a treasure chest only filled with happiness and love. When it starts to snow, island rain, we stay inside, and deep inside me, I thank my home. Home is a place that helps encourage me to learn; it's the place where happiness starts. Home is where I feel happy, even when I'm down. To me, it's a place where I can have my own adventure, traveling from learning, to a break, then flying to an island to sleep and eat. When it's cold, raining, and too hot, my home feels just right, and where I can sit back and relax. It's a place where I can rely on and have fun, nothing can beat home.
