A Home is Not Just a House

The meaning of home is where my memories lie, where my brother, my cousin, and my aunt live. It is where I have fun when we play board games with family and where my brother annoys me. There are many homes across the world, but a home is not a house. It is a place where lots of people live and feel safe and loved. Where people grow up and where you know who you can trust. Where you eat and drink where you can explore your interests. It is where most people rest and where you eat at your dinner table and where you can go to your family. In the winter, my friends and I build snowmen and have snowball fights. We get jolly for the New Year and Christmas. In the summer, I go swimming in my pool in my yard, or I go to my friend's home and play with them. During Easter, I go egg hunting with my family and friends. Thiis is the best thing about my home but for you it might be something different. You might celebrate holidays like Ramadan or Chinese New Years and that is the meaning of home to you. This is the meaning of home to me where I play with family, friends, and have fun celebrating holidays. It's where I play video games. This is pretty much the meaning of home to me. It might be something different for you, but this is the meaning of home for me.
