Home, A Place of Delight

My home is not simply just a house. It is my only sanctuary, where I belong. The living room is not just a simple room with a couch. It is where I watch television with my parents and where I put anime figures of the characters I like. The dining room is not only a room with a table. It is where I eat piles of delicious Chinese dumplings with my family and talk about my experience at school. The bedroom is not an empty room with a bed. It is where I do all my homework, where I rest, and where I put the amazing books that I’m passionate about. The kitchen is not only a room with a fridge. It is where my parents make food for the day, where I get the food I need to eat, where we put the snacks we buy, and where I pack my lunch for school with my parents’ help. The music room is not only a room with music books. It is a place where I can play piano, do my theories work, and dream of being a great pianist. This room is filled with melodies and joy. The room where I work hard towards my goal. Lastly, my home. My home is not simply an empty house. My home is a place full of happiness, glee, love, merry, positivity, and many more. My home is a place where I’m cheerful, where I’m comfortable. My home is like a stable tent, protecting me from the thunderstorm, and always supporting me no matter what happens, the place where I belong, I love.
