A Place Called "HOME"

Home is not just a place, it's a feeling. A feeling that's unimaginable. Somewhere where you can feel safe. Somewhere you can be yourself and no one will judge you. Home is where your family is. The family that wrapped around you like a soft, furry blanket and rocked you in their arms so you could feel peace. Home is where your culture is. All of your cultural foods and the smell of your delicious mouthwatering foods that make you feel warm inside. Home is everything. All of the times your family said they loved you but you just brushed it off like dust on a cabinet but they were still there for you. Even when you were frustrated, emotional or overjoyed they were still there and that means a lot. All of the things you did with your family like game nights where you laughed so hard your stomach hurts and you do it with the people you love most. It might get intense or it might be a funny game but no matter what you're still with your family and that's all that matters. You might think your family is nothing because you had an argument with them. Then you leave and there's no one to care. The once loud house is quiet and you need to get it back before it's too late. Home means love, home means care, so never toy around with your home-you won't realize what you lost until it's gone. Hopefully Habitat for Humanity can give everyone a loud, happy, house with the people they love inside of it because everybody deserves a place to call home.
