Meaning of Home

Home means to me being comfortable and safe. The community around your home is what matters the most. On December 9,2025 some horrible event happened at my home. Some vandals came to my house and destroyed all our Christmas inflatables! Wait there's more, than the whole neighborhood came together and made my family feel so much better. Even a local Canadian tire helped out with the Christmas decorations! I felt so loved. One main thing I would say about my home is if I'm safe, I'm home. Home can be somewhere you don't even live, you just need to feel home. Home is where you make the happiest and sweetest memories. Your memories at your home or in your home will make you happy even if they are about people who sadly passed. Home does not have to be a house, wherever you live is YOUR home. A home can be a condo, an apartment, or even a cottage. Home is a place where you feel comfortable talking to the people around you. Home is much much different for the less fortunate. While I'm eating dinner every night I think about the people who might not get a roof over their heads or food on the table. That is what makes me thankful for having a home. I think everyone deserves a home to live in because most people try really really hard and need somewhere to sleep comfortably. With a home you feel different, like that if you didn't have a home you would not be able to have your friends over or sit at the dinner table with your dad asking about his day. I am so grateful that I have a family in my home. I LOVE my home.
