What Does Home Mean??

Well to some people home means just a building or a house or something like that, but to me home is not just a house. Home is a place I go to connect with my family. It's not a building that makes a home, it's the people who are in it. It's not by blood we are all brothers and sisters and we are all family. When I get home I feel a whole pint of love directed to me. It makes me very emotional talking about home because it makes me realize how much my family has given up to get me here. Sometimes we fight with our family and get angry at them, but I think the real reason is that we know that they are the closest ones to us so we think that we can express ourselves to them.Home is my happy place its not the house itself, it is the warm hugs that meet me at the door, my community, the neighbours, my friends and basically everyone around me.The dinner table is like my safe heaven and we can talk about all our worries. Just knowing there is someone that can pick me up when I am down and someone I can show my craziness and my very funny self makes me feel calm.I am very grateful for that.
