What Home Means to Me

Home to me means a place where I can express myself, make memories, spend time with family and practice baseball with my friends and my parents. Home is somewhere I feel safe. Home is not just a place to play video games or watch TV. It is a place to spend time with family on stormy days, and play board games. Cuddle under warm blankets, and drink hot chocolate. It is a warm shelter. A house is a place that has furniture, appliances, and rooms, a home is somewhere you make memories. When I get home, my mom has dinner ready for me. After my dad gets home we play video games. This is why I love my home.
