What is home?
For me, home is a warm hug. Home is also where you are loved and you get help when you need it, because you don’t want to be where you are not loved and you don’t get help when you need help or you want help. You have a person/people/family that you trust and that loves you, and you get food and water. Because you do not want to talk to someone that you do not trust because they could just walk around and tell everyone what you said to them, and it’s not good to tell someone something that’s very important to your family. If my house got destroyed, I would need memories, my dog, pictures of my family, my bed, my special blanket and my pillow, my furniture with my dog’s hair, my sports court in my backyard, and my sports equipment. If home were a metaphor, it would be a warm hug because you are safe and loved.
I remember a time when my family and I went to P.E.I. for a vacation, and in P.E.I. my family and I went to Shining Water and Sandspit, and it felt like home because I was with my family, and I got to do stuff I love, which is baseball with my brother and my dad. My family and I went to Shining Water, and my family and I went to the amusement park, which is called Sandspit.
