What homes means to me

Home isn’t just one place. Most people say that home is a place you go back to everyday, but home doesn't have to be a house. It could be a special place where you feel comfortable, and behave like yourself. Home could be the park, the library, or even where you lived in the past. But for me, my home is anywhere I feel at home! That can change over time as you get older, and a home can be multiple places. Places I feel at home: My house My house was there for me, when I needed support, and care. But most importantly... My family: The people who understand and know me the best. The comfyness: Imagine a cold winter day or a dull rainy time. Then picture hot drinks, blankets, pillows, and a nice movie to watch. That's how much a house can make you forget what's happening outside. The memories: Everyday, I make new memories in my house with the people around me. My house has been there for birthdays, celebrations, and fun times! My house watched me grow up. My old town Everytime I go back to visit my old town, I also get a feeling of home. Even though I don't live there anymore, I still feel at home when I go back. Although I can hardly remember living there, it's still a place I call home. Oakville The town I currently live in is my home too. It's where my school is, my house, my neighbors, and friends are. My town is my home. What does home mean to me? Well, home isn’t just one place or spot. It's many places! For me, home means love, being comfortable, and being who you are! Thank you!
