The Meaning of Home

Home means a lot of things to me. For me, home means a safe environment and memories. Memories are triggered when your mind thinks a moment is important, like when a sibling is born or when a family member dies. A safe environment is where you can say anything. For example in your home, you feel free to say all in your mind and it’s okay (apart from swears). Also home for me is meals, family and friends. Like delicious dinners at the dinner table with my parents, sisters and grandma. Last but not least, home can be anywhere. It can be your house or a cave where you've gone since you were little, literally anywhere. That’s how home feels to me.
