My Happy Place

Home is a place I can call safe. It looks and feels cozy. If you were to come over, there Is a carpet to step on. Sometimes it gets loud. You can hear the sound of my sister and I fighting, or the sound of my mom vacuuming. If my dad is cooking, he will bang the pot and his music is loud. My home smells like food cooking or my dad and brothers' farts and nothing. My family is the people that are actually safe. My friends can change over the years, but my family will stay the same. My sister and I watch movies, play together and build with Lego. My mom and I read together and watch My Kitchen Rules. My dad and I watch Jenna Phips and play Minecraft together. My brother is kind. He will give you a hug when you need one. We barely talk because of different interests, but I know he is kind. He is the best big brother I can ask for. My room is the best. I spend most of my day in there playing Minecraft and sleeping at night. My backyard is the place I let my crazies out. I go in an igloo that gets made by my brother in winter when it's cold out. My backyard has fences so it's safe so we don’t go out front where we could get too close to the road. I feel like everyone should have a home where they can be loved by family.
