What Home Means To Me
I live in a fancy, cozy house in Scarborough with a big apple tree. I don't have a treehouse and swimming pool but I have my own room with a big window and lots of stuffies. I have a friend who lives on the next street with a swimming pool and a little garden with many different kinds of vegetables. I live in a friendly neighborhood that has a lot of animals like deer, foxes, squirrels and rabbits. In the summer, my Mom and Dad put up a big sign to celebrate my birthday. In the fall, a deer ate my Halloween pumpkin! I collect a lot of candy at Halloween and I help rake leaves on the ground . In winter, I help my family shovel the driveway. In spring, I help clean the house. My home always fills our house with love, courage and fun. I have a Dad, Mom and a little brother. I felt courage when my Dad taught me how to swim safely when I was 4 years old. We always laugh at home because my brother consistently does silly things. I love my Mom the most because she always makes us yummy food and teaches me how to make a pizza. She is always here when I feel sad or happy. I love dancing, singing, painting, drawing and when my mom tickles me. I am also grateful for eating healthy food. I have learned that some people don't have a shelter to live in. I may not have super power but I have a loving family!
