Meaning of Home

Meaning of Home By Aldwin John Tacusalme Home is not just a place to me it's a safe, warm, and welcoming area. To some people it's the opposite of what I said which is sad, but it's a fact. Home is also where we make memories, traditions, and friends! Firstly, in our home we create funny, happy, angry, and many more types of memories. One day you could have the best memory of your life or you could have the worst. My best memory was me arriving in my home. It was also my worst because I had to leave the Philippines and my brother behind. Memories can be seen in a house through all the photos on the wall showing important milestones. Secondly, a home is a place where traditions can be shown. I have a friend that has a tradition in his home, where every first of the month he has to dance. This is a fun way to be together as a family. You can also make traditions in your home! Thirdly, friends in your home can make it feel more alive and fun. I have friends that can come to my house any time of the year and we usually just talk and go outside to the pond! When he leaves I feel bored and I want him to come back. That's why friends are important, without them your home wouldn't feel so alive nor fun. Whenever you feel down you can always talk to them. You can create friends by interacting with people around the world and there's over eight billion people on earth so you have a lot of chances to get one! In conclusion, your home isn't just where you sleep, it's where you make memories, traditions, and friends. That is why your home is important and you shouldn't think that your home is just a place.
