What Home Means

Home is where laughter, joy and happiness is. If there is nothing like that it is just a house, even if there is no furniture or anything. But if you have laughter, and joy - no matter what, it is a home. What makes me feel at home is when your mom waits for you by the door every time you come home from school. I feel really safe at my house because of the comforting scents and smells. When your mom cooks your favorite dish and the smell of it is really good. That is the best thing that happens to me everyday. Home is where I feel safe.
