What Home Means to Me

What Home Means to Me My home has a very special meaning to me. Home is where families share memories and connect together. Home is a safe place to stay and feel welcomed. When I wake up I look out the window and see all the beautiful things that God created. Looking at my room reminds me of all my good times and bad times during my life. Everyday when my brother and I come home from school my parents and grandparents welcome us home. On cold winter days I come back to a warm home with a heater and hot soup to warm me up. Having a home means a lot to me. I have a home to eat, sleep and shower. Everyday before eating I thank God for giving me food, water, a nice family and a beautiful home. I have been living in my home for all the years of my life. My home holds all the good and bad moments of my life. A home isn’t just a place with four walls, it's a place where it holds the memories and a place where I live and belong. I have a home that doesn't judge me, but loves me no matter what. Looking at my baby pictures on the wall reminds me of my younger life. My home has always made me feel safe, calm, happy and made me feel like I belong. When my family is in the house it becomes a nice, beautiful and joyful home! I am always thankful for my home. THE END
