Home, Place, Hope

My home is a special place for me. It is special to me because the people that I love are there. My home is a safe, calm, and beautiful place, and I am very thankful for. It is quiet and calm for me because I have peaceful calm trails to walk on. The sounds are peaceful like birds singing. Home is a good place to be with family like siblings, parents, and even grandparents. I have animals like cats, bird, and two dogs that make me feel safe and get me to laugh and have lots of fun. Being at home makes me feel good, happy and lots of other different emotions. Having my own space and privacy like my bedroom is a good thing to have when I just need some time by myself. Sometimes when I leave home and I’m gone for a while I start to get home sick and I just want to go to the place where I belong in my community at home. What I’m saying is everyone deserves a home with food, water, with things to do and people to love you and you love them. It doesn’t matter where your home is, it maters who you’re with. By Hazel
