What Home Means to Me
Home isn’t just a place to sleep in to me. Home is somewhere I feel safe. Home is where your family is. A home doesn't have to be a big palace or big house. It can be an apartment or a basement. I love when I lay on my bed and I get the feeling of it hugging me. I feel happy in my house. I feel cosy in my house. As cosy as a person in a blanket when it is raining outside. I love the backyard I play in. I love to study on my desk in my room. It makes me feel comfortable. My home is my happy place. You don’t have to be rich to be happy in your home. You can be poor and still be happy in your home. I love how my house protects me on windy days. I am grateful for my home because not many people have a home. Sometimes I think I can see waves of joy in my house. I’m always happy to enter my amazing, lovely, strong, home. I love the way my dogs greet me at the door with love and happiness. I love to sit on my balcony and see the sun smiling at me. Home is family, where your family is, that is home. A home doesn't have to have a movie theater inside of it and be a home. A home doesn’t have to have a Gym.
