What Home Means to Me

Well, for me, home is a place where I feel safe. a place where I can be myself without being made fun of, a place that houses what I love and what is dear to my heart. Firstly, home is a place where I am safe, a place where I can fall asleep at night knowing that I will wake up safe in the morning. Secondly, home is a place where I can be myself, where I can run around with my underwear on my head and laugh, where I can walk around and just be myself without anyone telling me to stop, to leave, or that I'm being weird. Finally, my home is a place that shelters what I love and what is dear to me, like my mother, my father, my sister Hailey and, above all, my best friend Jax. He may be a dog, but to me, he's a friend. And that's what home means to me.
