Meaning of Home

What home means to me is, coming home to the same loving people. My home is my safe place, teachers say it is school but it is not. My home is my safe place because I have my own room, that I can calm down in. The difference between a house and a home, is home is where you make all the home cooked meals and memories. A house is just where you live. I know how hard it is to move because it is really hard to leave the place you grow up in but luckily I've never had to. We've had my home for 12 years, but I still know how it feels because my mom had to move a lot when she was younger because my grandparents didn't have enough money so they kept getting evicted so that was really hard for my mom and her siblings. When my mom was old enough, she finally found a place to call her home. She felt safe there and comfy, and that is when she had her kids, so we can now call that place home.
